The reviews alongside our products are written by our customers and assist us in improving our products and service. They also help other customers who are also interested in the product.

When a customer submits a review, we have to check that it doesn’t break certain rules and regulations.

If your review is published, it can take 2-3 days before you’ll receive your discount code by e-mail.

Getting one of our discount codes is simple as there are a few different ways to stay informed:

1. Subscribe to our newsletter, packed with special offers and other interesting discounts
2. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where we regularly feature discount codes that you can redeem on the website. 
3. As a registered customer, when you place an order with us, we invite you to place a review of your purchase. Once your review is approved, you'll receive a discount code by email. 

You can get 15% discount on your first order by signing up for our newsletter. This coupon is not stackable with other promotions or bundles.

How can you do this?

1. Go to the 'Newsletter' section at the bottom of our website.
2. Fill in your email address and click on 'Sign Up'.
3. You will then receive an email.
4. Confirm your email.
5. Receive your 15% discount code by email

Please note: it is possible that these emails end up in your spam box or unwanted mailbox. Check these inboxes as well

Active promo codes may be entered in the, 'Promotional Code', box when you first access your cart (see below image).

After entering the code, don't forget to click "apply".

What a bummer that your discount code isn't working! This is certainly no reason to panic. When you want to use a discount code, it's important that the products in your shopping cart and/or the order value meet certain conditions.

The code shows as 'applied successfully' but I don't see any discount or a free product added.

• The most common reason is that you don't meet the conditions of the promotion. Please check the main banner for the terms and conditions.
• Discounts cannot be combined with bundles and combi deals.
• The discount code for signing up through the newsletter only works on your first order and is not stackable.
• If you are combining multiple promotions where you can receive a free product, please make sure that the final amount after discounts still meets the requirement.

I receive the message 'the coupon code entered is not valid'.

• Check the promotion's end date.
• The code has been misspelled.
• The code was offered through a different website and does not correspond to our promotions.

I receive the message 'the entered discount code has already been used'.

• The code was used in a previous order.
• You might have aborted an order during the payment process. Therefore, the code will no longer be valid. Please contact our Customer Service and we will help you with this.

How do I know if I will receive a free product (with a specific promotion)?
If you are using a promotion that offers a free product, the product will appear in your shopping cart after adding the code. If the product is not displayed, you do not meet the promotion's terms or the product is out of stock.

The discount in the shopping cart doesn't match with the discount code.
Check if all products are eligible for the promotion; some products may be excluded.
