Protein Granola
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray.
2. In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the coconut oil, peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave these wet ingredients for 30 seconds or until melted and then add to the dry ingredients. Mix well and then spread onto the baking sheet.
3. Bake for 15 minutes, stir and then bake for another 10-15 minutes. If you prefer your granola more chunky, press it down onto the pan. Let it cool completed before placing into an airtight container to store.
