This 100% plant protein isolate contains 20 g high quality protein per serving to support muscle growth and repair*. Clear Protein is best enjoyed first thing in the morning and/or during the 30 minutes just before or immediately after training.

I moved over to the Vegan option due to my lactose intolerance being triggered by the other protein options. This stuff mixes easily and is delicious. I tend to mix my flavoursJuicy Peach & Lime Sorbet; and I get something even more tasty! I like to pop mine in the fridge for an hour before drinking as it is also quite refreshing! Getting the water balance is key as they can be quite sweet - don't change this, just let us adjust as necessary!

I really like this product! I have both flavours and, although they are a ltille too sweet, they do taste great. It's too soon to tell if how the effect is compared to other protiene but so far I really like it.
