75g frozen banana
20g desiccated coconut
25g cocoa powder
30g chocolate coconut Gold Standard Whey (to be replaced with Gold Standard 100% Plant Chocolate protein if preferred)
3g creatine

Directions

A protein-packed take on Australia’s oldest & most popular chocolate bar.

1. Pit the cherries, and chop & freeze them with the banana.
2. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Place a cherry on top, grate fresh coconut & a Cherry Ripe bar over the top.
