High Protein Low Calorie Strawberry Ice Cream
Directions
- Lay the sliced bananas and strawberries on baking paper on a baking tray. Cover with cling wrap and pop in the freezer until frozen.
- Remove them from the freezer and place them into a food processor or blender with the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, vanilla extract and almond milk and process until smooth. Add more milk if necessary.
- Either serve immediately or place in a tub in the freezer for a few hours for a firmer consistency.
