Mocha Protein Cookies
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray.
2. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Divide into 12 and roll into balls. Press down slightly so that it forms a cookie.
3. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are brown. Remove from oven and cool. Keep in an airtight container for a week.
