Protein Packed Peanut Butter & Banana Toast

  • 4 slices of wholegrain bread
  • 30g of low-fat butter spread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein chocolate peanut butter

Directions

  1. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. Turn 2 slices over and spread with the peanut butter.

  3. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Sprinkle in the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and mash again. Spread this over the peanut butter.

  4. Place the other slice of bread on top so that the buttered side is facing out.

  5. Pop into a sandwich toaster for approx. 4 minutes until the bread is nice and golden. Remove. Slice in half and serve.
