1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Competition: The promotion is open to Australia residents living in Australia aged 18 and above (or under 18 with a legal guardian). The prize will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the date of the prize draw for delivery of their prize.

   The Promoter, Glanbia Australia and its related companies, employees and agencies, and the immediate families of all such employees are excluded from entering this promotion.

3. Each winner will be randomly chosen by the Promoter within the month of August.

4. To enter, participants must complete the following to enter each competition:

   a. Competition 1: Go to Optimum Nutrition Competition webpage and fill in participants details between 25th July to 8th August. There will be 10 winners randomly chosen.

5. There will be ten prize winners. The winners will be notified via email, phone or Instagram direct message within two weeks and will be required to confirm their prize by responding with their contact details and location so that the prizes can be organised. In the event a winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn.

6. The Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Prize Packs:

   • The winner of each prize must be 18 years of age or older.
   • Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

• If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
• For an entrant to be considered for the competition, they must have a workplace of 20 or more employees.
• For each verified email used to go into the competition draw, will be considered as one entry.
• A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place two weeks after each competition at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner/s in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing. Winner/s of each prize redrawn on 2 weeks after each original draw, if any, will also be notified by phone from the following day, for a minimum of 30 days.
• For all prize draws the Promoter reserves the right to draw the equivalent number of additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
• If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The Promoter and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning/using any prize, except as required by law.

8. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

10. The Promoter may remove any content that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and that the promoter deems in its absolute discretion is not in the spirit of the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits or uploads any material that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Entrants warrant and agree that: a) they will not submit, produce, share or distribute any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 18 or otherwise unsuitable for publication; b)they will obtain prior consent from any person in respect of that person or their property that appears in their Content; c) they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content, to the uses and terms herein;

13. You understand that you are providing your information to Glanbia (Australia). All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information will be collected and stored by Sprint Fit in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Promoter may use entrants' personal information from entries to conduct the promotion and for its own future promotional and publicity purposes, including posting the winners name and city/town on the Optimum Nutrition website and Social channel pages.
