Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Directions

  1. In advance, peel bananas, chop and freeze in a tub. Remove frozen bananas from the freezer 5 minutes before blending.
  2. Add frozen banana pieces, natural peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, yoghurt, honey and a good pinch of salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Either serve immediately or pour mixture into a lined brownie tin or baking dish and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving. Use an ice cream scoop to serve up.
  4. Optional - top with chocolate shavings, choc chips or a drizzle of peanut butter!
