White Chocolate Orange Baked Cheesecakes

  • 130ml Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein White Chocolate
  • 200g stem ginger biscuits
  • 100g melted butter
  • 250g quark
  • 200g light soft cream cheese
  • 2tbsps maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zest of 1 small orange
  • 70g white chocolate, melted

To Decorate:

  • 30g white chocolate, melted
  • White chocolate orange segments

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Blend the ginger biscuits in a food processor to form fine crumbs.
  3. Combine the biscuits and melted butter. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into each section of your muffin tin. Place down firmly. Place the tray into the freezer whilst you complete the next step.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the soft cream cheese, quark, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Add eggs and beat.

  6. Add the white chocolate protein shake to the mixture, and continue to beat.
  7. Finally, stir in the melted chocolate orange and orange zest.
  8. Remove the tray from the freezer. Carefully pour the mixture into the chilled biscuit bases. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Leave to cool completely. Once cool, place in the fridge and leave for a few hours to set.
  10. To serve; drizzle with melted white chocolate, a couple of chocolate orange segments.
