NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2024 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 2, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: The GoPro Mountain Games VIP Experience Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years old as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Glanbia Performance Nutrition (NA), Inc. (“Sponsor”) or any of its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
  2. SPONSOR: Glanbia Performance Nutrition (NA), Inc. on behalf of its Optimum Nutrition brand, located at 3500 Lacey Road, Suite 1200, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515.
  3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible persons can enter by visiting https://gpn.wishpondpages.com/ongoprosweepstakes/, providing your name and email, and choosing one or more of the listed sweepstakes entry mechanisms, as follows: visit and follow the Optimum Nutrition account on Instagram; reshare the entry announcement post on Instagram; visit and like the Optimum Nutrition Facebook page; reshare the entry announcement post on Facebook; visit and follow the Optimum Nutrition TikTok account, (each, an “Entry Method”). Upon completion and submission of each Entry Method, you automatically will be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Joining Instagram is free at instagram.com. Joining Facebook is free at www.facebook.com. Joining TikTok is free at www.tiktok.com.

LIMIT FIVE (5) ENTRIES PER PERSON. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Automated or bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays and/or entries by using multiple and/or different identities, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. You must complete all required information to be eligible to enter. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified.

Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors.

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH META PLATFORMS, INC. AND/OR TIKTOK INC.

  1. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or before May 3, 2024 , Sponsor will select the name of the potential winner of the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner(s) will be notified by email on or about May 3, 2024 and have 48 hours to respond to such notification and claim the prize. Except where legally prohibited, each potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return, within 48 hours of being notified, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and a copy of his/her driver’s license and the driver’s license of his/her guest to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond to the winner notification email within 48 hours of initial contact, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which any remaining prizes will remain un-awarded. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
  2. PRIZES: Grand Prize Description and Value: One (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest of the Grand Prize winner’s choosing (“Guest”) will be awarded a trip to the 2024 GoPro Mountain Games in Vail, Colorado, June 6-9, 2024 (the “Festival”). The Guest must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of the trip.  The Grand Prize shall include:
  • Airfare: Two (2) round trip economy/coach class air tickets, on an airline carrier to be selected by Sponsor, from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s residence within the United States to a major commercial airport near Vail, Colorado. Airline and airport to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Approximate Retail Value: $2,000.00 USD;
  • Hotel: Three (3) nights lodging at a GoPro Mountain Games lodging partner, with check-in on Thursday, June 6, 2024, and check-out on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Approximate Retail Value: $900.00 USD;
  • Gift Card: One, Five Hundred Dollar ($500) gift card which can be used for transportation, meals, and incidentals. Issuer terms and conditions apply to card; see front and back of card for terms. Approximate Retail Value:  $500.00 USD;
  • Passes: Two (2) four-day VIP credentials to the GoPro Mountain Games. Approximate Retail Value: $500.00 USD
  • Gift Bags: Two (2) Athlete Gift Bags. Approximate Retail Value: $500.00 USD;
  • Amateur Competition Entries: Two (2) competition entries into any GMG amateur competition (pending availability). Approximate Retail Value: $80.00;
  • GoPro Camera. One (1) GoPro Camera. Approximate Retail Value: $500.00

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). ARV of Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Any person who participates in the Grand Prize that is not deemed to be the Guest must pay his/her own expenses. 

If Grand Prize winner resides within a sixty (60) mile radius of Vail, Colorado (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Grand Prize, Grand Prize winner and Guest will receive round-trip car transportation of Sponsor’s choice for winner and his/her Guest from winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident.

ANY EXPENSES NOT DESCRIBED HEREIN AND INCURRED BY GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND HIS/HER GUEST WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND/OR HIS/HER GUEST. GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL ON DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR OR RISK FORFEITING PRIZE.

  1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per person, per household. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize(s). Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

Certain travel restrictions may apply.  GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND/OR GUEST MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL ON THE DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONOR OR RISK FORFEITING PRIZE.  Winner’s travel companion must be, at the time of prize fulfillment, at least twenty-one (21) years of age.  Grand Prize winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel subject to availability and blackout dates. Grand Prize winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Grand Prize winner and Guest are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and those set forth by Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize winner’s and his/her Guest’s transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the Grand Prize winner, his/her Guest and such transportation companies. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets will not be replaced or exchanged. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as part of the prize. If a stopover occurs, the prize travel will terminate and Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest will be responsible for the full fare which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carrier(s) or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Airline tickets issued in connection with the prize may not be eligible for frequent flyer miles or upgrades. Grand Prize winner and Guest must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a payment card. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately.

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, an alternate winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

PUBLICITY; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING THE WEBSITE AND ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or the appropriate State Court located in DuPage County, Illinois; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.

Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives or service providers may use entrants’ and/or referrals’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of a product or promotion that Sponsor thinks may be of interest. Any data transmitted to Gleam is subject to Gleam’s privacy policy and terms of service.
