2 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream

½ cup low-fat milk

Directions

  1. Put the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and milk into your Optimum Nutrition shaker and shake to mix.
  2. Pour into a freezer proof container and place in the freezer for at least two hours until set.
  3. Remove from the freezer about 15 minutes before you want to serve.
