Super Rich & Gooey Chocolate Protein Brownies

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Melt the butter and chocolate together in a glass or heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water. Do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the water.

Once melted, allow to cool for 5 minutes then beat in the eggs one at a time. Then beat in the sugar until it no longer feels grainy. Stir through a large pinch of salt and the vanilla extract.

Next fold the flour and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Double Rich Chocolate Protein Powder through the chocolate mix until you can no longer see any flour.

Pour the mix into your lined tin and bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool completely in the tin before removing and slicing into 12 squares.
