Protein Packed Chocolate Mug Cake
Directions
- Grease the inside of a large mug with a little spray oil.
- Put the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, flour, baking powder, egg and milk into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Pour into the mug.
- Place in the microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Remove and see if it is cooked to your liking. If not place it back in the microwave for 30 seconds more.
- Remove and eat!
