High Protein Air Fryer Chicken Wraps
Directions
- Pre-heat the air-fryer to 375°.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Beat the eggs and pour onto a plate.
- Put the panko onto another plate and stir through the Cajun spice and the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
- Dip the chicken strip into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs and coat well.
- Place in the air-fryer. Spray with a little oil and cook for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove and serve on wraps with iceberg lettuce and Sriracha mayo (optional).
