High Protein Air Fryer Chicken Wraps

18 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 large eggs

¾ cup panko breadcrumbs

3 teaspoons Cajun spice

1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein French Vanilla Crème

Salt & pepper, to taste

Spray oil

4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps

½ medium head of iceberg lettuce, shredded

Sriracha mayo, to serve (optional)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the air-fryer to 375°.
  2. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  3. Beat the eggs and pour onto a plate.
  4. Put the panko onto another plate and stir through the Cajun spice and the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
  6. Dip the chicken strip into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs and coat well.
  7. Place in the air-fryer. Spray with a little oil and cook for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Remove and serve on wraps with iceberg lettuce and Sriracha mayo (optional).
