Directions

  1. Prepare your high protein breakfast biscuit to make the sandwich. 
  2. On a medium heat, fry the bacon and eggs in some low-calorie oil spray until cooked.  
  3. Top breakfast biscuit with the Canadian bacon medallion and fried egg.
