½ cup dry quick oats

1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Hazelnut

3 tbsp skim milk

2 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon peanut butter

1/2 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix the dry quick oats, the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and the skim milk together in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. Mix the 0% fat Greek yogurt and peanut butter together and spoon this on top of the oat mixture.
  4. Melt the chocolate in short bursts in the microwave and spoon this on top before serving.
