30g oats 

1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Delicious Strawberry 

1 small ripe banana 

1 medium egg 

½ teaspoon baking powder 

¼ cup fresh strawberries, chopped 

Spray oil 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350°.
  2. Grease a ramekin dish with a little spray oil. 
  3. Blend the oats, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, banana, egg and baking powder together until smooth. 
  4. Stir in most of the strawberries. 
  5. Pour into the ramekin dish and push in any remaining strawberries. 
  6. Place on a baking tray and then into the oven for 22-23 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
