High Protein Strawberry Baked Oats
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°.
- Grease a ramekin dish with a little spray oil.
- Blend the oats, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, banana, egg and baking powder together until smooth.
- Stir in most of the strawberries.
- Pour into the ramekin dish and push in any remaining strawberries.
- Place on a baking tray and then into the oven for 22-23 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
