Homemade High Protein Granola
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 355°/325° for convection ovens.
- Mix the oats, Gold Standard 100% Plant Protein powder, olive oil and the maple syrup together in a small bowl.
- Line a baking tray with some parchment paper.
- Place the oat mixture in an even thin layer on the baking tray.
- Press it firmly into the tin with the back of a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool before crumbling.
- Serve with some 0% fat Greek yogurt and some fresh berries.
- Store any leftover granola in an airtight container.
