Protein Packed Smoked Salmon Crepes
Directions
- Mix the flour and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder together in a bowl.
- Add half the milk and whisk to give a smooth batter.
- Add the eggs, the rest of the milk and some salt and pepper. Whisk again until well mixed.
- Heat a pancake griddle or a frying pan. Spray with a little oil.
- Pour in a ladleful of the batter and tilt the pan to spread evenly.
- Fry over a medium heat until beginning to brown underneath.
- Turn the pancake over with a spatula.
- Fry the second side until browned.
- Slide onto a plate and keep warm by covering with foil.
