Vanilla Protein Cream over Fresh Fruit Salad

Cream: 

3 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein, Vanilla Ice Cream 

1 ¼ cup 0% Greek Yogurt 

  

Fruit Salad: 

1 medium apple 

Juice ½ lemon 

1 medium banana 

1 medium tangerine 

1/3 cup grapes, halved 

1/3 cup strawberries, halved 

20 blueberries 

14 raspberries 

Directions

  1. Slice the apple and place in a mixing bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over and mix well. 
  2. Slice the banana and segment the orange and stir through. 
  3. Stir in the grapes, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. 
  4. Top with the protein cream and serve.
