Vanilla Protein Waffles

½ cup all purpose flour

50g Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein vanilla ice-cream (aprox. 2 scoops)

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 large egg

3 fl oz unsweetened almond milk

Spray oil to grease waffle maker

Toppings: Raspberries

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and baking powder together in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and the almond milk and whisk to form a batter.
  3. Spray the waffle maker with some oil.
  4. Spoon in the batter and cook until they are nicely golden.
  5. Remove and serve with your choice of toppings.
