Base:

1 scoop Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein vanilla ice cream 

2 tablespoons honey 

2 tablespoons peanut butter 

1 ¼ dry oats 

2 tablespoons low fat milk 

 

Yogurt Topping: 

2 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein vanilla ice cream 

⅔ cup 0% fat Greek yogurt 

 

Berry Topping: 

125g frozen berries 

Directions

  1. For the berry topping place the frozen berries into a small pot with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about five minutes until the fruit breaks down. Turn off the heat and allow to cool. 
  2. For the base mix together one scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder with the honey and peanut butter and stir well.  Add the oats and milk and stir until combined.  Spoon evenly into six holes of a silicone muffin tray and press down firmly with the back of a spoon. 
  3. For the yogurt topping mix together the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and the yogurt in a small bowl. Spoon this on top of the base. 
  4. Then top with the cooled berries and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. 
  5. Remove from the freezer about 15 – 20 minutes before you serve.
