High Protein Fro-Yo Cups
Directions
- For the berry topping place the frozen berries into a small pot with 1 tablespoon of water. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about five minutes until the fruit breaks down. Turn off the heat and allow to cool.
- For the base mix together one scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder with the honey and peanut butter and stir well. Add the oats and milk and stir until combined. Spoon evenly into six holes of a silicone muffin tray and press down firmly with the back of a spoon.
- For the yogurt topping mix together the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and the yogurt in a small bowl. Spoon this on top of the base.
- Then top with the cooled berries and place in the freezer for a couple of hours.
- Remove from the freezer about 15 – 20 minutes before you serve.
