No Bake Mint Chocolate Protein Bar
Directions
- Place the dates into a food processor and blitz until the dates break down.
- Add to nuts and continue processing until the nuts and dates are finely ground.
- Add the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, raw cacao powder, mint extract and almond milk and process until a well combined mixture is formed.
- Line 20 x 20 cm baking dish with cling wrap.
- Place all of the mixture into the dish. Using another piece of cling wrap flatten the mixture with the palm of your hand until evenly spread out.
- Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then remove from the freezer and lift out onto a chopping board.
- Remove the cling wrap and slice into 12 bars.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
