No Bake Mint Chocolate Protein Bar

7 ¼  medjool dates, pitted

¾ cup ground almonds

½ cup cashews, halves and whole

3 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Mint

4 tbsp raw cacao powder

½ teaspoon mint extract

3 tbsp unsweetened original almond milk

Directions

  1. Place the dates into a food processor and blitz until the dates break down.
  2. Add to nuts and continue processing until the nuts and dates are finely ground.
  3. Add the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, raw cacao powder, mint extract and almond milk and process until a well combined mixture is formed.
  4. Line 20 x 20 cm baking dish with cling wrap.
  5. Place all of the mixture into the dish. Using another piece of cling wrap flatten the mixture with the palm of your hand until evenly spread out.
  6. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then remove from the freezer and lift out onto a chopping board.
  7. Remove the cling wrap and slice into 12 bars.
  8. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
