Protein Banana Bread
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°.
- Line a 2 lb loaf tin with baking parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, ground oats, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder, bread soda, baking powder and cinnamon and mix really well.
- Pour into the prepared tin.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool.
- Meanwhile make the topping by mixing the Greek yogurt and Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder together in a bowl. Once the cake has cooled remove from the tin and spread this mixture all over the top. Slice half a banana and scatter over the topping.
- Slice and serve.
