Protein Packed Açaí Bowl

  • 1 banana
  • 100g strawberries
  • 100g blueberries
  • 250ml fresh apple juice
  • 2 scoops Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein delicious strawberry
  • 4 teaspoons Açaí powder

Toppings:

  • 15g granola, 30g fresh berries

Directions

  1. Slice the bananas and strawberries. Place in the freezer with the blueberries and freeze overnight or until frozen.

  2. Once frozen, place in a blender or liquidiser with the fresh apple juice, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and açaí powder and blitz until smooth.

  3. Pour into your serving bowls and top with your chosen toppings.
