Swimming Exercises at Home

Triathlete and long-time Optimum Nutrition ambassador Reece Barclay reveals the exercises you can do from the comfort of your own home, or just about anywhere, to help improve your swimming without actually going to a pool or swimming in the sea.

The exercises was created when access to swimming pools was limited, and with confidence still potentially being an issue for some before going back in for a dip, the #TeamCharlesBarclay wanted to share their favourite exercises that they have now built into their sessions. Each exercise shown uses very little gym equipment and even shows a substitute equivalent using household items so there really is no excuse to work out these key muscles to make you a better swimmer.
