Chocolate & Pistachio Overnight Oats
Directions
- In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add the milk and honey, then stir well.
- Mix in the chopped pistachios. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of extra milk.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- Stir before serving, adding more milk if needed. Top with extra pistachios and enjoy!
