Chocolate & Pistachio Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup (50g) rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey in Double Rich Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup (120ml) milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (plus extra for topping)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and honey, then stir well.
  3. Mix in the chopped pistachios. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of extra milk.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. Stir before serving, adding more milk if needed. Top with extra pistachios and enjoy!
