J'ai récemment commencé à utiliser les BCAA d'Optimum Nutrition, et je dois dire que je suis vraiment impressionné par les résultats. Ils m'ont non seulement aidé à mieux récupérer après mes séances d'entraînement intensives, mais aussi à réduire la fatigue musculaire pendant l'exercice. Le ratio 2:1:1 des acides aminés est parfait pour soutenir la synthèse musculaire et prévenir le catabolisme, surtout lors d'entraînements longs ou intenses. J'ai également remarqué que je ressens moins de courbatures après mes sessions, ce qui me permet de m'entraîner plus régulièrement sans avoir besoin de longues pauses de récupération.
