3 scoops Clear Peach Sorbet 100% Plant Protein Isolate 

600ml cold water 

20 mint leaves 

50g spinach leaves 

4 kiwis 

1 inch fresh ginger root, grated 

Directions

  1. Put the 3 scoops of 100% Plant Protein Isolate into a blender with the cold water, mint leaves and spinach leaves.  
  2. Peel the kiwi’s and add along with the grated ginger root. 
  3. Blend until smooth. 
  4. Pour into ice pop moulds and place in the freezer until frozen. 

** Cook time: 9 hours / overnight
