Protein packed ice pops
Directions
- Put the 3 scoops of 100% Plant Protein Isolate into a blender with the cold water, mint leaves and spinach leaves.
- Peel the kiwi’s and add along with the grated ginger root.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into ice pop moulds and place in the freezer until frozen.
** Cook time: 9 hours / overnight
