Quick & Easy Lime Granita
Directions
- Mix the 100% Plant Protein Isolate powder and water in a bowl.
- Add the juice & zest of 3 limes.
- Place in a small tub or freezer proof bowl in the freezer.
- Freeze for 3 hours or until the mixture starts to freeze around the edges and then scratch with a fork to break up the ice to form smaller crystals.
- Place back into the freezer and repeat this every few hours until the mixture is completely frozen into coarse crystals.
Note: Alternatively freeze solid and use a high speed blender to break up the ice into smaller crystals.
