Protein Packed Peanut Butter & Banana Toast
Directions
- Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Turn 2 slices over and spread with the peanut butter.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Sprinkle in the Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein powder and mash again. Spread this over the peanut butter.
- Place the other slice of bread on top so that the buttered side is facing out.
- Pop into a sandwich toaster for approx. 4 minutes until the bread is nice and golden. Remove. Slice in half and serve.
